150th Anniv.

150th Anniversary Dedication
On June 21st, 2014, Bridgetown Cemetery hosted a ceremony marking the 150th Anniversary of the establishment of the cemetery, the refurbishing of our historic receiving vault, and commemorated the memories of the over 30 Civil War veterans buried in the grounds with a 21 gun salute and the playing of taps.  The guests included local and state politicians, community members, Boy Scouts, Green Township and Westwood Historical Society members, and the Green Township VFW Post 10380.  Guests also brought items to be placed in a time capsule which will be buried next to the receiving vault and will be opened in 2064, the Bicentennial of the cemetery.  We hope you enjoy the pictures posted below.
